Mizuno Men's Wave Alchemy 10 Running Shoe Review

I actually only bought these Alchemy 10s because they didn't have Alchemy 9 in my size. But anyway, these shoes are a lot like the previous model with some changes/improvements. First, the front of the shoe is lower on the top and narrower. Second, there is extra padding over the "motion control" plate at the inside heel. This second update is great, as my main issue with the old shoe was that the plate digs into your foot until you have it completely broken in. Third, the mesh around the body of the shoe is a different material - the shoe feels lighter and more flexible now. Runner's World likes this new material and gave the Alchemy 10 its "Best Update" award.
So, Pros: it has better padding, and feels lighter and more flexible than the old shoe. Cons: pretty terrible color. Why did they make it like this? The new fit could be a Pro or Con, depending on your foot.
