These are great shoes. I use the for spin class so I may not be their best critic but I will say that they do run small and correlating the size from US to European makes matters more confusing. One reviewer suggests that you take your US size and go 1/2 size larger then convert to EU. I did this and they still feel a little tight - not unbearable but not the most comfortable either. If I were doing this again I would go a full size larger and then convert to EU and select that - either that or go somewhere locally to determine my European size before ordering online.
