Great shoes, no issues, light, responsive and will probably do everything that I expect from this high end component. I have concerns from the dealer bikesomewhere.com. No customer service. The size was wrong and I tried to contact them to work out a swap. Never returned my calls, nor requests for someone to call me back. Did not specifically answer my emails either. After a week of complaining about this, I just bought another pair and returned the first pair for a refund, this had risk but it worked out.
