Sidi Dominator 5 Shoe - Women's Review
This was my first attempt at upgrading my cycle gear to pro standard. Since I bought these shoes I've cycled nearly 1500 miles. I've done three cycle tours and multiple miles and I have to say these shoes are absolutely perfect! They fit like a dream, are unbelievably comfortable and are completely reliable with predictable performance. They never slip, never rub and grip the SPD pedal like a glove, and yet I feel like I have complete range of motion and can slip out of the pedal at a moment's notice. They have minimal signs of wear and the quality is unsurpassed. I particularly like the closure mechanism as they are so easy to do up and take off...a simple one press button. I would definitely buy another pair if these ever wore out, but they're still going strong! Worth every cent in my opinion. My average ride is 25 - 50 miles so why go for cheaper gear that doesn't have the comfort and reliability? Highly recommended. The only thing I will mention is that I normally take a European size 39 and I initially ordered a 39 and they were far too small. I changed them for a 41, so be aware that the sizing runs small.
